macrophage meals

Premise

A macrophage must eat all the bacteria before the body is overrun with sickness. It can change the shape of its body to effectively navigate tight areas with poison.

Context

One of my first programming projects, when highschool biology was still fresh in the mind. Written for the web using: p5.js, a simple boids implementation, and because I didn't know any linear algebra at the time -- a novel intersection system backed by algebraic inequalities.
